Massage therapy can alleviate most of the aches and pains that are commonly associated with pregnancy. It can improve your overall feeling of wellbeing and increase your energy. 

In the first trimester, depending on each individual, the client may lie face down, and a lighter pressure is used to avoid applying pressure to the lower back, shoulders and feet.


In the second and third trimester, pillows are used to place the client into a comfortable side-lying position. A deeper pressure can be used after 13 weeks according to the needs and desires of each client.
