At Big Oaks Massage we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The client's concern is our number one priority.

 

Clients are no longer required to wear masks during their massage sessions. This is now an option. You may wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so and you may request that the therapist wear a mask as well. You will always receive a health screening questionnaire on the day of your appointment. If you are not feeling well, please contact the clinic to reschedule. Same day cancelations due to illness are welcome with no penalty.

Big Oaks Massage always sees one client at a time and there is a minimum of 30 minutes separating each appointment.  This allows for plenty of time to keep the space clean and properly prepared for each session.
